Directs and oversees the clinical research function and activities for UPMC Stroke Institute Research. Develops research standards and guidelines for clinical research services and programs. Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, good clinical practice and FDA regulations. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Leads and directs the work of other research coordinators.
